    BEFORE YOU DECIDE

    Bring your questions.

Can we discuss my existing products and records?

Tell us what you use today and the file formats you have. Ask how a sample import and stock or balance checks would be handled before moving your live records.

What should I ask about the subscription?

Ask about the price, billing term, outlet and user limits, setup costs, support arrangements, renewal, cancellation and data export. Confirm the terms for your proposed setup before deciding.

What if I need a specific device or local invoice format?

Mention it in your request. Ask for a demonstration or confirmation of that requirement in SaleCue, including any limitations relevant to your country and equipment.

Do I need to send my customer data?

A short description of your workflow is a useful starting point. Use fictional examples when explaining customer accounts, and leave passwords and payment details out of your message.

Share only the details needed for your enquiry. Read the enquiry privacy notice.
